We use NZ Post Tracked for our free option and NZ Post Courier Overnight for our express service.
Leather quality:
All cases offered for sale are made with genuine cowhide leather to the outer, the inner padding is microfibre.
Returns & Exchanges:
We have a no “buyer remorse” policy, please choose carefully before ordering.
We will replace any item that is delivered incorrectly, damaged or other “not as described”.
For incorrect orders, we offer exchanges, whereby the customer must first return the incorrect item.
We will meet the shipping cost both ways for incorrect or not as described items, though the buyer needs to first send the incorrect case back to us before we issue a credit and replacement.
